We can make a 2D copy with the lines that are drawn on the 3D last, with this copy we can make a 2D ground pattern. Of course you can also send us the 2D ground pattern yourself.
The 2D ground pattern is then used to make the patterns and to specify them (giving them allowances, drills, and markings).
After making the patterns the gradingnumbers are made with the biggest and the smallest size of the last. With these gradingnumbers any desired size of the shoe can then be made.
The patterns can then be exported in different formats, for instance .pdf or .dxf, and can then be sent to the cutting machine to be cut out, or to be printed out.
